There is a lot of talk about the lack of workplace engagement because it costs organizations billions and billions each year. But, what if you're not the CEO; you're just trying to get your work done and make your team successful. Unfortunately, you've got someone that just shows up "for the paycheck" and you get stuck with all of their work when you're just struggling to get your own work done. What do you do with that?
